Everything except the 2 hour wait and rude receptionists were fantastic. The midwives/sisters who saw be we really kind and reassuring. So proffesional and I'm glad I came here rather than the mile end clinic I went to last year.

Only thing is the receptionists looked like they were quite swamped, nonetheless they were rude and huffed and puffed at me when I said I didn't have an appointment (after I called trying to book an appointment and they told me don't worry just come down its walk in)
